hift: Day ShiftExperience: 0 to 3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)Requirements: Two-Wheeler and valid Driving License are MandatoryJob OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing security equipment division in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for visiting prospective clients, demonstrating CCTV cameras and security systems, generating leads, and closing sales across commercial and residential sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesField Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct field visits to commercial buildings, retail shops, offices, apartments, and residential sites across Hyderabad to generate new business leads.Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate CCTV camera models, DVR/NVR systems, biometric access controls, and related security equipment to potential clients.Requirement Gathering & Quotation: Understand customer security requirements, perform site surveys/assessments, and coordinate with technical teams to prepare customized sales quotations.Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, electrical contractors, builders, and architects for repeat business and referrals.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets through direct sales and site follow-ups.Market Feedback: Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new security technologies.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or any Graduate degree.Vehicle Requirement: Must possess a personal Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.Languages: Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is required; functional English is a plus.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; basic technical understanding of CCTV, networking, or electronics is preferred.Experience: Prior experience in electronic security sales, hardware, IT products, or field sales is a strong advantage.Perks & BenefitsFixed Monthly Salary + Attractive Sales Commissions / IncentivesFuel / Travel Allowance (TA) provided for field visitsDay shift working hours (No night shifts)Opportunities for career advancement into sales management roles
