Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our aluminium windows, doors, and façade solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the residential, commercial, and construction sectors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the aluminium windows and doors market.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
• Meet architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and homeowners to promote products.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical information to clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in aluminium windows, uPVC windows, building materials, construction products, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Valid driving license preferred.
