FINARO CAPITAL (A Financial Services Company & Motilal Oswal Franchise), in association with SVT BIZCARE SOLUTIONS, is expanding its team. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and career-oriented professionals to join us.


1. Relationship Officer / Sales Executive (Loans)

ResponsibilitiesGenerate loan leads through field visits and personal networking.

  • Meet customers and explain Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, and other financial products.
  • Collect basic customer documents and coordinate for signatures and pickups.
  • Submit complete lead files to the Operations Team.
  • Focus only on business generation (No banker follow-ups or backend processing).
  • EligibilityFreshers or experienced candidates in Sales, DSA, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
  • Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.
  • Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.



2. Sales Operations Executive (Loan Processing / Backend) Preference: Ladies Preferred

  • ResponsibilitiesHandle customer documentation and file processing.
  • Login loan applications with banks and financial partners.
  • Coordinate with banks for approvals and disbursals.
  • Maintain records in Excel/CRM.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team for pending documents and customer signatures.
  • EligibilityGraduate preferred.
  • Experience in DSA, Banking, or Loan Processing is an advantage.
  • Good follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.



3. Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive Preference: Ladies Preferred

  • ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers and explain loan products.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
  • Maintain daily call reports and lead trackers.
  • Share qualified leads with the Sales Team.
  • EligibilityFreshers are welcome.
  • Good communication in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
  • Comfortable achieving daily calling targets.



4. Relationship Manager – Investments (Motilal Oswal Franchise)

  • ResponsibilitiesClient acquisition and relationship management.
  • Demat & Trading Account opening.
  • Mutual Fund & SIP promotion.
  • Equity & Investment Product support.
  • Lead follow-up and customer service.
  • Client portfolio review and business development.
  • EligibilityGraduate preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Equity Markets, Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, and Investment Products.


Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
