Female Sales Executive / Telecaller – UpHome Automation

Job DescriptionUpHome Automation is hiring a confident and energetic Female Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, customer follow-ups, calling, WhatsApp communication, and lead management for premium smart home and home automation services.

If you are good at talking to people, following up consistently, and converting interested customers into meetings/sales, this role is for you.

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

• ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with interested leads
• Handle customer conversations on WhatsApp and phone
• Maintain and update lead records
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/site visits
• Explain basic details about our smart home products and services
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team
• Build strong relationships with customers
• RequirementsGood communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu
• Confident speaking and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or lead management is preferred
• Positive attitude and consistency in follow-ups
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000/month
