We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Sales Manager to expand our customer base across the UAE by selling our innovative CRM solution to real estate developers.

Job Summary:

The sales manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting software demonstrations, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with real estate developers and property companies. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS software sales, CRM solutions, or the real estate industry.

  • Key Responsibilities: Business Development Identify and acquire new customers within the real estate industry.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital channels, referrals, and events.
  • Build relationships with real estate developers, builders, brokers, and management teams.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Product Demonstrations Conduct online and onsite demonstrations of Tranquil Real Estate CRM Software.
  • Understand customer pain points and present tailored CRM solutions.
  • Explain software features, automation capabilities, reporting, and ROI.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for customized demonstrations when required.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing and close enterprise software deals.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
  • Follow up on proposals and pending opportunities.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the implementation and customer success teams.
  • Market Intelligence Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Share market insights with management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing for lead generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the product team regarding customer requirements.
  • Assist customer support during onboarding when necessary.

  • UAE driving license is preferred.
