Job Responsibilities & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required.

- Responsible for recruiting and developing insurance agents/advisors.

- Drive business growth and achieve company goals and objectives.

- Ensure compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Provide continuous support and guidance to agents in generating and closing business.

- Assist agents in customer meetings, sales presentations, and policy closures.

- Monitor agent performance and help them achieve monthly sales targets.

- Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills are preferred.
