Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Prospect daily on LinkedIn Sales Navigator using our defined ICP filters (titles, industries, locations, company size) to build a fresh target list. • Add qualified profiles into the outreach automation tool and trigger the initial connection request. • Check accepted connections and incoming replies every day, and stay on top of the queue. • Move each person who responds through the defined message sequence, respecting the wait time set for each step. • Reply using the approved SOP and message playbook, and escalate anything that goes off-script. • Steer conversations toward booking a call, then hand the booked call to the sales lead. • Keep the tracker or CRM current at all times: connection status, replies, sequence step, and calls booked. • Report daily and weekly numbers: profiles added, requests sent, acceptance rate, replies, and calls booked. • Flag what is landing and what is not in the sequences so the messaging can be sharpened.
