Sales Executive - Super Market

Greetings from RAD Resources. A reputed Supermarket is looking for the Sales Executives (Positions: 5) with min 1yr experience who is responsible for driving sales, assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Salary: 15-18,000/month

Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad

Facilities Provided: PF, ESI

Timings:

First shift: 7:30AM to 3:30PM

Second shift: 3:00PM to 10:30PM

Responsibilities:

·      Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with product selection, answer queries, and resolve complaints professionally.

·      Sales & Promotion: Actively promote products, upsell and cross-sell items, and highlight ongoing offers.

·      Store Organization: Maintain clean shelves and displays, ensure accurate labelling, and remove expired/damaged products.

·      Cash Handling: Operate POS systems, process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash balances.

·      Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions; attend training sessions.

·      Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and share customer feedback.

·      Safety & Security: Follow safety guidelines, monitor for theft, and report suspicious activity

Skills Required:

·      Graduate

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

·      Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems

·      High level of energy and customer-centric attitude
