Job Summary
Kyzen Hotels is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth through corporate sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel's accommodation, banquet, and hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, and other business channels.
• Generate room bookings, corporate tie-ups, and long-term business partnerships.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote hotel services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate leads.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, hospitality sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong networking and business development skills.
• Good understanding of hospitality industry sales practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or corporate sales.
• Existing network of corporate clients and travel partners will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems and sales reporting tools.
