Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our biotechnology products across various industries. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, willing to travel, and capable of building long-term customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and approach potential customers including industries, hospitals, hotels, municipalities, poultry farms, educational institutions, commercial establishments, and government departments.
  • Conduct product presentations and arrange technical demonstrations with support from the technical team.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Biorico product solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Follow up with prospects until order closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product delivery and customer support.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Science, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Ability to build customer relationships.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
