Job Description
- Drive membership sales across EIX offerings including Spinning, Pilates, HIIT, Combat and Recovery
- Convert walk-ins, enquiries and trial customers into paid memberships and packages
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and other sales channels
- Understand customer fitness goals and recommend the most suitable EIX membership or class package
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, including lead tracking, follow-ups and conversion reporting
- Build strong relationships with members to support renewals, upgrades and referrals
- Support local partnerships, corporate tie-ups, events and community activations to generate new leads
- Work closely with trainers, front desk and marketing teams to improve customer experience and achieve monthly sales targets
