Job Description

Brick2Brick is a fintech–real estate platform offering digital payment solutions, customer onboarding tools, and financial workflow management for builders and homebuyers.


Key Responsibilities:


Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and clients.


Manage onboarding of customers onto the Brick2Brick platform.


Provide product demos, training, and support.


Handle customer queries, issues, and escalations.


Ensure client satisfaction and promote product usage.


Support sales team and identify cross-selling opportunities.


Maintain daily reports and track client activity.


Skills Required:


Excellent communication & customer-handling skills


Experience in fintech/real estate/BFSI preferred


Problem-solving attitude


Basic knowledge of CRM & MS Office
