Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

Act as the first point of contact for site visitors, understand client needs, and build lasting relationships.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth:

Conduct property presentations, achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Lead Management & Reporting:

Follow up on inquiries, maintain records of interactions, and provide regular sales updates to the manager.

4. Market Research:

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
