Job Description

  • Sales Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and identify potential customers.
  • Contact customers and explain products/services.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and share quotations with customers.
  • Negotiate prices and close sales.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
  • Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer and sales records.
  • Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
  • Visit customers and attend meetings when required
