Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential B2B clients in pharmaceuticals, food processing, cold storage logistics, dairy, and retail industries.
- Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements regarding storage capacity, temperature specifications, and site constraints to recommend suitable cold room and refrigeration solutions.
- Solution Pitching & Cost Estimation: Prepare commercial proposals, technical quotations, and project cost estimations in coordination with the design/engineering team.
- Sales Closing & Account Management: Conduct client visits, deliver product presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure orders to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Track market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging industry demands to adapt sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with project execution and service teams to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and post-sales client satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B HVAC, industrial refrigeration, or cold chain solution sales.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CAD layout reviews, project estimation, thermal insulation, and HVAC systems.
- Commercial Skills: Strong background in cold calling, client prospecting, field sales, and contract negotiation.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Telugu) is preferred.
