Sales Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable equipment and technical specifications

• Preparing technical and commercial quotations and proforma invoices

• Explaining product features, applications and technical advantages to customers

• Following up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments

• Coordinating order processing, dispatch and technical documentation

• Handling enquiries received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia and other online platforms

• Lead generation, customer follow-ups and building the customer base

• Maintaining customer, product and sales records

• Coordinating with vendors and service technicians on technical and after-sales matters

• Supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

• Freshers are welcome to apply; training on products and applications will be provided

• Candidates with experience in technical sales, equipment sales or application engineering may also apply

• English, Hindi and Regional language are mandatory

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical product specifications will be an advantage

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
