Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS reports, and customer records.

Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.

Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.

Maintain CRM/database with accurate customer information.

Follow up on pending orders, invoices, and collections.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Operations, and Customer Service.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales-related documents.

Handle emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries professionally.

Generate periodic sales performance reports for management.
