SALES BRANCH MANAGER

Roles & Responsibility

• Ensure sales targets are achieved as per plan.
• Ensure customer experience at the dealerships and meet NPS and CSI scores.
• Coaching and mentoring the sales team.
• Create a conducive atmosphere for working at the dealership.
• Follow the suggested DWM and ensure all reports are generated on time.
• Able to analyze reports and take corrective actions.
• Ensure dealership infrastructure and all sales processes are adhered to TVS Motor norms.
• Conduct self-audit of showroom infrastructure and QLQD sales process in the MDMR App at suggested frequencies and take corrective actions to reduce gap areas. Guide ADs/Branches in adhering to standard sales process guidelines and help them improve retail performance.
• Responsible for sales manpower appointment, training & development and retention.
• Leakage analysis for lost enquiries. Liaise with TVSM w.r.t vehicle ordering, finance, schemes, activities etc.
• Liaise with financial institutions, insurance, RTO, and allied businesses for smooth operations. 

KRA

• Sales target achievement: Monthly retail plan achievement (as per DRS plan).
• Achieving the 2-wheeler market share as per the plan provided by AO Expansion of network- Branches and ADs for overall business improvement Sales process adherence and improvement (1S2S, SUCCESS Sales Process, PSF, CLF) Achieve Buyer and Non- Buyer NPS scores as per the plan.
