Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven CCTV Salesperson with at least 2 years of B2B sales experience. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, understand customer security needs, and recommend suitable CCTV and surveillance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and develop B2B customers, including businesses, offices, factories, retailers, and other organizations.
• Generate leads through calls, visits, referrals, and networking.
• Meet clients to understand their security requirements and recommend appropriate CCTV products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads and proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and manage existing accounts.
• Coordinate with technical, installation, and service teams to ensure a smooth handover.
• Track sales activity, maintain customer records, and report progress against targets.
• Keep up to date with CCTV products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience; CCTV, security systems, or related technology sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain product solutions clearly.
• Comfortable with client visits and field sales.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• A valid driving licence is an advantage.
