Role Overview

We're hiring Sales & Marketing Executives to drive hospital and doctor engagement, grow revenue, and manage territory relationships for our Trauma & Implants and Consumables divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and OT staff
• Drive product adoption and sales targets for assigned division (Trauma & Implants / Consumables)
• Conduct hospital visits, product demonstrations, and surgeon education sessions
• Manage order pipeline, inventory coordination, and after-sales support
• Track competitor activity (Stryker, DePuy, Zimmer Biomet, Smith & Nephew for Trauma; Ethicon, Healthium for Consumables)
• Report sales performance and market intelligence to management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in medical device/pharma sales, preferably orthopedic implants or surgical consumables
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad/Telangana territory
• Two-wheeler/vehicle and valid license preferred
• Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred)
