Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle billing and cash/card/UPI transactions.
- Arrange and replenish products on shelves.
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays in the store.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing stock.
- Pack customer orders for in-store and online purchases.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Support inventory counting and stock management.
