Retail Sales Executive

*JOB DESCRIPTION*

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Customer Sales*: Welcome customers, understand requirements, and suggest apparel & jewellery collections

- *Product Knowledge*: Educate customers on fabric, designs, pricing, offers, gold/silver/diamond jewellery features

- *Billing & POS*: Handle billing, cash, UPI.

- *Display & Merchandising*: Maintain attractive product display, VM standards, and stock arrangement

- *Targets*: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- *Customer Service*: Handle queries, complaints, and ensure excellent shopping experience

- *Inventory*: Assist in stock checking, replenishment, and loss prevention

- *Follow-ups*: Call existing customers for new arrivals, offers, and promotions

*Skills & Requirements:*

- *Experience*: 1–4 Years in Apparel / Jewellery / Fashion Retail / Multi-brand outlet

- *Communication*: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu

- *Personality*: Pleasing personality, good grooming, and customer-friendly attitude

- *Skills*: Sales closing, negotiation, and target-oriented mindset

- *Technical*: Basic computer knowledge for billing and MS Office

- *Preferred*: Candidates with existing client base in apparel/jewellery segment
