Immediate Position: Retail Marketing Executive - SGLD Business

Location: Hyderabad

Exp: 1-2 Years

Mode of work: WFO

Interview Process: 1 Virtual & 1 F2F required

Key Skills: B2C Sales, Retailer onboarding, Billing and Sellout coordination, Retail marketing planning and execution, Manufacturing/ Retail domain expertise..

Incentive Pattern: Variable, based on sales target achievement

Responsibilities:

• Capability to deliver 5000 units of sell-out per month in B2C segment thru Retailer network, Community activity.
• Ability to explain the product and pricing proposition to Dealer/ retailer and manage appointment, on-boarding and product placement for Ripple Smart home safety segment.
• Planning and executing Retailer, community, expo and organic promotion cum sales activity 
• Direct bulk deal lead generation and conversion.
• Retailer market mapping to existing SGLD team members and delivering the daily avg productivity as defined from time to time. 
• Plan the daily activity & engagement of the SGLD intern team members.
• Reporting daily progress on digital mode and sharing plans for B2G. 
• Execution of company marketing / sales activity plans from time to time.  
• Open to travel, go getter and GTM skillsets required.
