Restaurant Staff

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Operations*: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, quality, and guest satisfaction

- *Team Management*: Hire, train, schedule, and manage wait staff, hostess, and floor team. Conduct regular briefings

- *Guest Experience*: Handle guest complaints, VIP service, and ensure highest standards of hospitality

- *Sales & Targets*: Achieve revenue and cost targets. Drive upselling, promotions, and repeat business

- *Inventory & Cost Control*: Manage F&B inventory, control wastage, monitor food cost, and coordinate with kitchen & purchase

- *Compliance*: Ensure FSSAI, hygiene, safety, and licensing standards are followed at all times

- *Reporting*: Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, staff attendance, and share with management

- *Marketing*: Coordinate with marketing team for events, offers, and social media promotions

- *POS & Billing*: Handle billing system, cash management, and end-of-day reconciliation
