Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally.
- Escort guests to their tables and explain the dining concept.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and buffet team for timely food service.
- Supervise Guest Service Associates (GSAs) and Stewards in the assigned section.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate when required.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all SOPs, grooming, and service standards are followed.
- Coordinate birthday celebrations and special occasions.
- Assist in upselling premium dishes, beverages, and special offers.
- Maintain billing accuracy and ensure smooth payment processing.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate sections to team members.
- Support inventory control of service equipment and report shortages.
