Restaurant Captain

A Restaurant Captain (or Service Captain) is a front-of-house team leader who manages the dining experience.

They oversee a specific section of the restaurant, supervise waitstaff, act as the primary liaison between guests and the kitchen, and ensure flawless service from seating to billing.
