Summary:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, your day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established standards for responsibility, ethics, and sustainability. You will design and apply strategies to address any gaps or risks identified, ensuring that AI technologies operate within ethical boundaries. Your role requires continuous monitoring and adjustment of AI systems to uphold these principles, contributing to the development of trustworthy and accountable AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible AI practices into project workflows.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on responsible AI methodologies.
- Continuously monitor AI system performance to identify and mitigate ethical risks.
- Document and communicate findings related to AI system assessments to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Conversational AI.
- Experience in designing and implementing mitigation strategies for AI systems to ensure ethical compliance.
- Strong understanding of AI system evaluation against responsible and sustainable benchmarks.
- Ability to analyze AI system outputs for adherence to predefined ethical thresholds.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks used for monitoring AI system behavior and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Conversational AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
