About Bliss Farm Stays
Bliss Farm Stays (RPS Hospitality & Gifting) is a premium short-term rental company managing 12+ luxury farm stays and villas in and around Hyderabad. We are growing fast and looking for a sharp, guest-focused team member to join us.
Role: Reservations & Guest Experience Executive
You will be the first voice our guests hear. Your job is to handle booking enquiries, convert them into confirmed stays, and ensure every guest has a seamless experience from booking to checkout.
What You Will Do
- Handle booking enquiries on Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and Instagram
- Take sales calls and guide guests to the right property and confirm bookings
- Manage the full guest journey — confirmation, pre-arrival instructions, check-in, mid-stay check, checkout, and review request
- Respond to all enquiries within 1 hour during working hours
- Follow up on unconverted leads within 24 hours using CRM tools
- Keep OTA calendars updated and prevent double bookings
- Respond to guest reviews within 24 hours across all platforms
- Send a daily bookings summary to the team every evening
What We Are Looking For
- Good spoken and written English — warm, clear, and confident on a call
- Telugu and Hindi is also required
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, OTA platforms, and Google Sheets
- Able to use AI tools like ChatGPT to draft messages and speed up work
- Available on weekends — Friday to Sunday are our peak days
- 0–3 years experience in hospitality, travel, retail, or inside sales. Freshers welcome.
Work Details
- Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (On-site)
- Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, 6 days a week
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
- Salary processed by 5th of every month
