Relationship Officer

·      Source and acquire customers for LAP and Home Loan products through direct sales, referrals, connectors, and channel partners.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and business partners.

·      Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

·      Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.

·      Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing. Ensure proper collection and verification of customer documents.

·      Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to improve conversion and customer experience. Achieve monthly business targets and productivity metrics.

·      Stay updated on market trends, competition, and lending products.

·      Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
