Job Description
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and customers professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Manage inquiries from customers and provide basic project information.
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
- Assist the sales and administrative teams with day-to-day activities.
- Handle emails, courier services, and office correspondence.
- Requirements:Intermediate / Graduate qualification preferred.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
