Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front office operations while handling inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Manage the reception desk and maintain the visitor register.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Maintain customer and lead data in CRM or Excel.
  • Follow up with leads and remind clients about site visits, meetings, or appointments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Maintain office records, files, and correspondence.
  • Perform general administrative and front-office duties.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi (preferred).
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • QualificationIntermediate / Any Graduate.
  • Prior experience in reception, telecalling, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience0–3 years.
