Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front office operations while handling inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage the reception desk and maintain the visitor register.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain customer and lead data in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with leads and remind clients about site visits, meetings, or appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain office records, files, and correspondence.
- Perform general administrative and front-office duties.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi (preferred).
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- QualificationIntermediate / Any Graduate.
- Prior experience in reception, telecalling, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience0–3 years.
