About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with customers and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, team leadership, business development, and customer relationship management.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring the sales team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase property sales and revenue.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions for team members.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates while identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate qualified leads.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, MIS dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Resolve customer escalations and provide effective solutions to maintain long-term relationships.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate markets.
- Experience in managing channel partners and direct sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
