Job Summary CSK HOMES is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in residential real estate/Apartment sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and possess a proven ability to generate sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and site visits.
• Handle customer inquiries and explain project features and pricing.
• Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with leads until closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience in real estate sales.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Must possess a customer-oriented approach.
