Job Description

Quantity Surveyor

📍 Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month

👨 Gender: Male candidates preferred

🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Job Description:

  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project budgets.
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and construction materials.
  • Handle quantity take-offs and measurement sheets.
  • Prepare and verify contractor bills and invoices.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure budget control.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Ensure accurate measurements and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction and quantity surveying.
  • Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
