Quality Analyst

Job Requirements – Quality Process (Debt Collection)

Key Responsibilities Conduct quality audits of collection agents' calls.

1. Monitor and evaluate calls based on defined quality parameters.
2. Ensure agents follow the correct call pitch and collection process.
3. Verify communication standards, customer handling, and call etiquette.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable RBL Bank collection guidelines.
5. Identify quality gaps and provide feedback to agents.
6. Guide and support the team to improve call quality and performance.
7. Maintain clear audit reports and quality records.
8. Conduct regular feedback sessions and support process improvements.
9. Required SkillsGood knowledge of the debt collection process.
10. Experience in call auditing and quality monitoring.
11. Strong understanding of call pitch and collection procedures.
12. Ability to guide, train, and support collection agents.
13. Knowledge of RBL Bank collection guidelines.
14. Strong communication and analytical skills.
15. Fluency in any of the following languages:
