Project Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor all construction sites being executed by SHR Homes.

• Visit project sites regularly to inspect work quality, progress, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate daily with Site Engineers and contractors to ensure smooth execution of work.

• Prepare and submit a detailed Daily Work Progress Report (DWPR) to the Managing Director.

• Track project milestones and identify delays, issues, or risks affecting project timelines.

• Prepare and update construction schedules for all ongoing projects.

• Ensure work is progressing as per the approved schedule and recommend corrective actions when required.

• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization at each site.

• Verify quality standards and ensure adherence to safety procedures.

• Coordinate with the procurement and design teams to ensure timely availability of materials and drawings.

• Maintain project documentation, site photographs, progress reports, and records.

• Attend project review meetings and provide regular status updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• 0-2 years of experience in residential construction (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and project execution.

• Ability to prepare work schedules and monitor project progress.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
