Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production In-charge to oversee and optimize our electronics manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth shop-floor operations (including SMT and Through-Hole assembly lines), meeting production targets, and maintaining strict quality standards. The ideal candidate must possess technical knowledge of EMS processes and strong leadership capabilities to manage labor and technical staff effectively.
