Position: Procurement Specialist
Procurement & Sourcing
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for mechanical components, instrumentation, electrical
items, and specialty materials used in gas generation systems.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluate commercial bids, and negotiate
pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
• Execute purchase orders accurately and ensure on-time delivery aligned with project schedules.
• Maintain a database of approved vendors with performance ratings and alternate sourcing options.
