Process Executive

We are looking for smart, responsible, and detail-oriented Process Executives to join our operations team. The role involves handling day-to-day process activities, working with online systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational/process-related tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Work on online portals, internal tools, and spreadsheets.
• Review and process information/orders as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and update data regularly.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve process-related issues.
• Follow SOPs and ensure assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Identify errors or discrepancies and report them to the concerned team.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience; freshers with good aptitude can also apply.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and internet applications.
• Comfortable working on computers and learning new software/tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
