Job Title: Play Area Staff – The Playscape (Premium Children’s Play Space, Financial District, Hyderabad)

About Us:

The Playscape is a premium play space in the Financial District, Hyderabad, designed to provide a fun, safe, and enriching environment for children aged 1-10 years. Our mission is to foster learning and creativity through play, and we are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and child-loving individuals to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Engage & Supervise: Actively interact with children, ensuring they are safe, engaged, and having fun in different play zones.

Customer Interaction: Greet parents and children warmly, provide information, and assist with any inquiries or concerns in a friendly manner.

Ensure Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the play area.

Encourage Creativity & Fun: Assist in play-based activities, arts & crafts, and interactive storytelling sessions.

Be Playful & Expressive: Be comfortable engaging in fun activities like dancing, singing, or role-playing during events or interactive sessions with children.

Assist in Play Space Operations: Be willing to take on various responsibilities related to the play area, including organizing, setting up activities, and managing birthday parties.

Help with Creative Work: Have a basic touch of art and creativity to make simple crafts, decorations, or DIY activities for kids when required.

Handle Admissions & Billing: Assist in managing check-ins, payments, and ticketing.

Enforce Play Rules: Gently guide children and parents to follow play area rules while maintaining a friendly approach.

Report & Coordinate: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Must love children and have deep empathy and patience.

Should be creative, playful, and energetic—ready to dance, sing, or engage in fun activities when needed.

A basic artistic touch (for crafts, simple decorations, or creative play) is a plus.

Previous experience in play areas, preschools, or working with children is preferred but not mandatory.

Should be soft-spoken, well-mannered, and excellent in communication.

Should be presentable, friendly, and always have a smiling demeanor.

Must be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English to communicate effectively with parents and children.

Should be hardworking and proactive, willing to take on any task related to the play space.

Must be comfortable wearing a uniform and maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Work Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (6 days a week, including weekends; one weekday off).

Should be physically active—comfortable standing, walking, and actively engaging with children throughout the shift.
