• Job Title: Logistics Picker / Packer

🛠️ Key Responsibilities (Duties)

• Order Picking: Retrieve grocery items, snacks, fresh produce, or electronics from store shelves using a handheld digital scanner based on incoming customer orders.
• Order Packing: Pack items securely into bags to prevent damage or spills during instant transit.
• Quality Check: Verify the accuracy of item quantities, expiration dates, and packaging freshness before sealing the order.
• Inventory Handover: Label packages accurately and pass them directly to the delivery executives waiting at the door.
• Inbound Management: Help arrange new stock, update inventory labels, and keep the aisles organized and clean. [1, 3, 5]

🎓 Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Open to candidates who are Below 10th Pass or 10th Pass.
• Age Limit: Typically 18 to 30 years old.
• Skills: No special skills required; basic reading, scanning, or smartphone operations are preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and lift light grocery items continuously throughout a 9-hour shift.
