Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick products from designated locations based on customer orders.
  • Verify product names, quantities, and expiry dates before packing.
  • Pack products securely according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure fragile, chilled, frozen, and other products are handled appropriately.
  • Maintain accuracy and speed while processing orders.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and hygienic.
  • Coordinate with Shift In-Charge, Store Manager, and delivery partners.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products immediately.
  • Support stock arrangement and other store activities when required.
