Picker / Packer

Key Responsibilities:

Pick products from shelves as per order list

Pack items safely and correctly for dispatch

Check product quality and quantity before packing

Label and seal packages properly

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace

Follow company safety rules and guidelines

Work with team to complete daily targets

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above

Age: 18 to 32 years

Basic understanding of reading order lists

Physically fit and active

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Details:

Shift: 9 hours (day/night shifts may be available)

Location: Warehouse / Dark store (e.g., Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, etc.)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on experience)
