Picker / Packer

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Station Associates to join our warehouse operations team. The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking products from inventory locations, packing customer orders, and ensuring timely dispatch while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Pick products from designated storage locations based on order requirements.

Verify item quantity and quality before packing.

Pack products securely according to company guidelines.

Label and prepare packages for shipment.

Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems for order processing.

Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.

Follow all safety procedures and workplace regulations.

Assist in inventory counting and stock management activities.

Keep the work area clean and organized.

Report damaged or missing items to supervisors.

Required Skills

Basic reading and communication skills.

Ability to use scanners and mobile devices.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Teamwork and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift and move packages as per operational requirements.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.

Preferred Qualifications

High School / Plus Two / Diploma.

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an added advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.
