Physiotherapist Therapist (Pediatric)

Origin Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center dedicated to supporting children with developmental, sensory, behavioral, communication, and learning challenges. Our team of skilled professionals provides evidence-based, child-centered interventions in a nurturing and inclusive environment, helping children achieve their fullest potential.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing team. The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, learning disabilities, and other developmental conditions. The therapist will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to promote functional independence and developmental progress.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive therapy assessments and evaluations.
• Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans based on each child's needs.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions focusing on
• Sensory Integration
• Fine Motor Skills
• Gross Motor Skills
• Handwriting Readiness
• Visual-Motor Integration
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Attention and Self-Regulation Skills
• Play and Social Participation Skills
• Monitor, document, and report progress regularly.
• Maintain accurate assessment reports, treatment notes, and progress records.
• Educate and guide parents/caregivers on home programs and carryover strategies.
• Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Behavior Therapists, Special Educators, Physiotherapists, and other professionals.
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities.
• Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a safe, child-friendly therapy environment.

• Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Strong understanding of pediatric development and Physiotherapy principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children and families.
