HIRING: PERSONAL HEALTHY-FOOD CHEF – HYDERABAD

We are looking for an experienced Personal Chef specialising in Healthy & Fitness-Focused Food Preparation for a private residence in Hyderabad.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

What we are looking for

The candidate should have prior experience working in a healthy food / fitness meal-prep kitchen, nutrition-focused café, professional kitchen, or similar environment.

The chef should have good knowledge of:

* Preparing healthy, balanced and high-protein meals

* Calorie and macronutrient calculation

* Accurately weighing ingredients and maintaining portion sizes

* Protein, carbohydrate and fat requirements

* Preparing meals according to specific calorie/macro targets

* Low-oil and clean cooking techniques

* Healthy Indian, Continental and international food

* Meal preparation and advance meal planning

* Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food-safety standards

* Preparing breakfast, lunch, snacks and meal-prep items

Important Requirement

The chef should be comfortable working with a digital weighing scale and following recipes where ingredients are specified in grams.

For example:

Meal Target: 500 kcal

Protein: 40 g

Carbohydrates: 45 g

Fat: 15 g

The chef should be capable of preparing meals consistently according to such nutritional targets.

* Healthy meal-prep companies

* Fitness / diet-food brands

* Premium gyms or wellness centres

* Sports nutrition kitchens

* Healthy cafés/restaurants

* Nutritionist/dietitian-led kitchens

* Private households with fitness-focused meal requirements

will be preferred.

Location: Hyderabad
