Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Throughout the day, the engineer utilizes standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components. Collaboration with different teams to monitor system health and implement necessary adjustments is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to use low-code platforms for rapid application development and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Understanding of release management processes and best practices to ensure smooth application updates.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
