Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
Strong SAP QM functional knowledge and hands-on experience, especially in the Quality Notification area. Experience in handling SAP QM processes and supporting business requirements in Quality Management will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management modules to support business processes.
- Experience in integrating SAP Quality Management with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Good understanding of QM standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP, or similar quality standards.
- Familiarity with Quality Management methods such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
