Job Description
Dental Operations Manager – Core Duties
Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor staff attendance, schedules, duties, and performance.
Coordinate between doctors, clinic heads, reception, assistants, and management.
Monitor patient appointments, follow-ups, treatment conversions, and patient satisfaction.
Maintain and monitor dental stock, general stock, instruments, and equipment.
Ensure proper sterilization, infection control, and clinic cleanliness.
Monitor implant, orthodontic, and laboratory case records.
Track daily collections, deposits, expenses, and branch targets.
Ensure proper documentation, consent forms, warranty cards, and patient records.
Conduct regular branch inspections and identify operational issues.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
Implement management policies and ensure staff follow clinic procedures.
