Operations Executive – Printing & Apparel Production

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Performance Incentives

About Us

Pie Prints is a growing custom apparel and printing company specialising in bulk T-shirt printing, DTF printing, stitching, and corporate orders.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to delivery

• Follow up with customers regarding order status, artwork approvals, and delivery timelines

• Coordinate with printing, stitching, and production teams

• Purchase ready-made T-shirts, fabrics, DTF rolls, and other required materials

• Follow up with vendors and suppliers

• Ensure production deadlines are met

• Conduct quality checks before dispatch

• Arrange courier, Rapido, Uber, auto, and other delivery services

• Share production updates, photos, and videos with customers

• Maintain order tracking and production records

• Coordinate vendor payments and purchase records

• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Telugu and English

• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, Email)

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously

• Responsible, organised, and proactive attitude

• Prior experience in doing printing, garment manufacturing, production coordination, operations, logistics, or customer support is preferred

Should have own 2 wheeler

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 8:00 PM + Over Time Bonus for extra work
